Discovery Point - Arncliffe NSW
From the restoration of the landscape for the historic Tempe House to the integration of an urban plaza for the new rail station and the new waterfront with its mangrove and promenade, the Discovery Point project team were provided with an extraordinary range of urban design challenges and opportunities.
CLOUSTON’s role in achieving an approved masterplan DA in the year 2000 has moved through design development, documentation and construction administration of the landscape works for two major buildings, the streetscape infrastructure and a $3 million restoration of the Tempe House Parklands and Cooks River Foreshore to form a new three hectare public park.
