The Forum Plaza - St Leonards NSW
The Forum Plaza is built over the St Leonard’s Railway station and is a mixed use development with ground floor retail, commercial street frontage and two residential towers. CLOUSTON prepared concept designs, development application drawings, documentation drawings, specifications and provided contract advice for this robust urban space overlooked by a high quality residential development.
A bold and generous reflective pool provides a focal feature and ample seating opportunity in a Plaza that provides for public access and amenity, commercial, retail and cafe space. Flanking the pool are ten mature transplanted Canary Island Date Palms and a number of flowering Crepe Myrtles.
In addition to the Plaza, our work covered the streetscapes, roof garden terraces and the train station platform and underpasses.
