The Ponds - Blacktown NSW

The Ponds is a benchmark sustainable development by Landcom and Australand comprising 3000 residential lots and over 80 Ha of parkland along Second Ponds Creek within the Blacktown LGA. The development integrates rehabilitation of the creek and bushland in a residential context. District and community focused parkland recreation facilities overlook the ephemeral creek and adjacent bushland.
