Waterpoint Shepherds Bay - Meadowbank NSW

Located on a landmark peninsula along the Parramatta River, this steep site with its dramatic views gave the team an opportunity to establish a premium residential development with significant open space. The masterplan provided a green spine through the centre of the site terminating in a large headland park overlooking Shepherds Bay to the City. The client was seeking to optimize the useable garden space whilst creating a verdant landscape which did not limit views. CLOUSTON prepared designs and preliminary documentation for the project which employed simple terraces with linked stairs and water features.
