Design Development / Documentation
Beginning from an established sketch or concept plan, the character, finesse and construction detail of a design is developed and documented in this stage.
Here the fine grain of detail, ranging from topsoil chemical requirements through to cutting details for paving, is resolved. Statutory requirements of Council Conditions of Consent, Australian Standard and Building Code of Australia requirements, and service authority approvals are appraised and resolved as required.
