CLOUSTON works closely with clients in the early stages of projects to explore concept ideas and options that each individual site and project brief presents. In this important stage we look broadly at the intended character and function, and establish material and planting palettes to fit budgetary objectives.
The typical outcomes from this stage are an agreed sketch plan that forms the basis for further detailed work. This is usually presented as a colour rendered sketch plan for the client or Development Application submission.
